Overview

CCHS provides platform for handling all types of consumer complaints. CCHS provides an interface to process the complaints registered by the consumers through district offices, web, telephone etc. The complaints will be visible as per assigned role and rights and user can take action as required as per defined norms. After the expiry of the resolution time the complaints are automatically escalated to a higher level.
