Outage Management System is an end-to-end solution for utilities that keeps track from "No Supply Complaint by Consumer" to "Cable Fault Restoration by Breakdown Team" in between capturing information of Resources Movement and Consumption. Online transaction and data processing, based on AMR and SCADA integration, makes the system interactive. The embedded Communication System and GIS reduces the Resource Response Time (RRT) in an effective manner.
